The company guarantees the proper operation of the product provided it is used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the installation recommendations provided below.

The customer must deliver the product under complaint to the place of purchase/service at their own expense. The warranty also does not cover the customer’s costs of installation and removal of the injectors. When submitting a part for warranty, proof of purchase (i.e., receipt/invoice) must be presented.

The warranty processing time is a maximum of 14 business days from the date the injectors are delivered to the company’s headquarters in Maidstone.

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of injectors deemed faulty after they are returned to Nic Parts Ltd.

The injectors must be installed by a mechanic specialized and qualified in the installation of this type of injectors in machines or vehicles, taking into account the principles arising from the characteristics of the given pump and engine type.

Proof of the injector’s functionality is a printout from the test bench.

  • Silicone sealing was used to seal fuel system components or hoses that are not resistant to diesel fuel.
  • The pump was operated without fuel.

  • You undertook repairs or disassembly yourself.

By purchasing, you accept the warranty terms.

Installation requirements for injectors installed in the engine.

  1. Injectors should only be installed in the engine by a mechanic specialized and qualified in the installation of this type of pump/injector in machines or cars, taking into account the rules arising from the characteristics of the given type of pump and engine.
The fuel filter must be changed before starting the engine. Only brand-name filters, such as BOSCH, MANN, Knecht, and original vehicle manufacturers, are permitted.
  2. Before installing the injector in the engine, it is essential to clean the cylinder head seats, clean the sediment bowl, clean the water separator, clean the filter housing or holder, and clean the fuel heater in the fuel tank. The sealing surfaces of the thermal washers must be in good condition.
  3. Ensure that the fuel system is bled of air and free of dirt and debris.
  4. Ensure that the old thermal washers have been removed. Install new washers (this does not apply to cone-sealed injectors).
  5. Tighten the injector mounting brackets/bolts to the appropriate torque and/or angle, in accordance with the specifications. If required, replace the mounting bolts with new ones.
  6. Connect all electrical connections and check their presence and the condition of the electrical connector seals.
  7. The fuel system should be filled with diesel fuel that meets applicable standards. Clear any errors from the engine control unit’s memory. If new codes have been generated, enter them on the printout.

Failure to follow the above instructions may void the warranty.
